Refund policy

Our candles and soaps are handmade. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. 

We want you to be happy with your Extraordinary Gifts purchase. 

We make every effort to package your items carefully for shipping. If you receive a package that has clear damage to the outer shipping carton, please inspect the contents carefully upon delivery. We recommend taking photos of damage. If there are any concerns with the product quality upon delivery, please email us to let us know within 48 hours of delivery. 

Extraordinary Gifts and related entities are not responsible for damage that occurs due to carrier handling and/or holidays/delays once packages leave our possession.

For Extraordinary Gifts products sold at other retailers, please contact the point of purchase with any questions or concerns.
