Shipping policy

Shipping times vary, but we do our best to process orders within 2-3 business days (processing time increases during holidays). 

We use major carriers like USPS and UPS. Extraordinary Gifts is not responsible for carrier delays, handling, or holidays.

We ship within the Contiguous 48 states only. A street address is required for deliveries. 

Extraordinary Gifts is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed due to weather, carrier holidays, or force majeure. Nor are we responsible for incorrect shipping addresses/PO boxes/undeliverable packages/parcels stolen after delivery. Incorrect deliveries (marked "delivered," but not received, for example) should be handled directly through the carrier.
